Nothing much different just advancing my program with coding. I think I am going to do some arrangement and other organizational properties when I get a chance. I want it to look as professional as possible by the time I finish the trimester. I don't think Shane is having me focus on the repairs he gets now but more focusing on this advanced coding. That is totally fine with me its just my genius hour goal is only 2 or 3/5 different repairs done. Maybe I can mention something to him about it and see if I can get those last two done. Back to coding, I really enjoy trying to figure out some of the codes and its really cool to see everything come together. Now I had to think about which one of these traits I thought was the most important but I think I would have to go with Passionate. I say this because the only way an employee is going to have any of the other 14 traits of that article is if they care and they love what they do. I believe it is the root of most of those traits and you can really develop in what you do easier if you love it. I really love cooking at Stewart's Family Restaurant and I would hate to see the company fall. So, in order to keep everything in line there I try to work my hardest and become a reliable employee. I always thought that I was never good at art but I had never thought of cooking was an art until I had done some hands on experience. But yes being passionate in what you do is not only going to make everything better for everyone else but yourself as well. |
